Super Villain Ideas?

So there is one more thing that I have been meaning to post. I think it would be really great if some of you guys who are viewing this would comment ideas for villains and their powers. It doesn't have to be perfect and completely thought out, I just want some ideas. It's basically like we're brainstorming.
